The label which is to be glued is inserted under the shaft positioned in front of the gluing cylinder. As it turns continuously, this cylinder draws and glues the label at the same time. The label is delivered to the operator ready for application. A special device for the micrometric regulation of the glue, also ensures maximum label cleanliness and perfect gluing of the label. The machine is built in steel and brass, while the glue tray is made from non-corrosive ABS. All the parts in contact with the glue slot together and are easily disassembled without tools, making cleaning operations simpler and quicker

With our gluing and labelling machines all the cold water based glues are suitable. Our experience make us choice some glues which we can also supply to our clients. To stick paper labels on boxes, the better choice are the light glues like CELLO-FLA, carboxyl-methyl-cellulose with a very low dry residue and the L2, a more sticky vegetal dextrin that is also suitable for glass. For tin plate cans and glass bottles besides the L2 also the NAKLIN48 is suitable. For more difficult labelling the vynil glue RESICOL C201 was tasted successfully.
