BTL 210 is a gluing machine to apply label to bottles, tubs, and cylindrical containers in glass, tin plate and plastic. No heating is necessary. BTL210 is suitable for use with small series and special batches in the wine, chemical and preserved food sectors. With the container placed horizontally on two rollers, the pedal switch is pressed to activate the labelling cycle, which is carried out automatically (even in case of wrap-around labels). The cleaning and adjustment operations are extremely simple: the gluing roller and the glue film-regulating device are located in a removable case. Labels are easily loaded on to a sloping surface equipped with guides. Here they are picked up one by one by a selector (adjustable to suit paper thickness) in order to be glued and applied. Adjustments for different paper sizes take only a matter of seconds. The BTL 210 can be used to label containers whose diameters range from 45 mm. To 170 mm using labels with an operating width (corresponding to the height of the labelled container) of up to 210 mm. The minimum size of label allowed is 30 x 80 mm. Also cans with protruding borders can be labelled, positioning the small cylinders where the can must be leant leaving a space in correspondence with the border.
